And so I'm wondering if you might be able to share, and maybe it's the barriers that you had too, but what are some of those barriers that generally keep a veteran or people in general from asking for help? And what do we do? How can we get organizations to work together Organizations that maybe that person has a level of trust with.

Right.

So one of the main barriers is the stigma.

You know, we're trained in the military that we are fixers.

We don't seek help.

We keep everything to ourselves, and then we help people that need it.
