How do you think about expertise and how do you apply those ideas to the way you craft your classes?

So for me, when we talk to our employers, and we ask the question, hey, what do we need in the world of AI? They all say pretty much the same thing.

We still need deep domain expertise.

We need to understand the topic really well.

And we need to know which tools to use in AI.

And so that's the way I actually am teaching my seniors in the undergrad program, is the hard decision or the decision you need to make now is, what is the unnecessary workload that you should offload to AI and what you keep for human judgment.

Yeah, and that's discernment.

Just how do you grapple with motivation?
