yeah i know you you know kind of made a point to get the locker right next to him you know kind of talk about like why you chose to do that because it's an interesting thing right because a lot of the position groups are kind of grouped together why did you want to get that locker right next to the quarterback, and how has that kind of helped your relationship?

Yeah, I mean, I've always, you know, going back to my time at the Rams, I shared a locker two down from Matthew Stafford.

I was five down from Josh.

Like, I was always kind of around the quarterbacks, and that's kind of what I was used to, and I liked it because, you know, you really got to see how he interacted with linemen in different position groups.

And I think when you're a leader within a locker room, a position group, a team, it's just really important that you're touching other guys, right? You're going to different position groups.

And you spend so much time with your offensive line that sometimes maybe you don't get to talk to the D-line or a receiver or a back.

And so that part of the locker room is, you know, some rookie D linemen, some DBs, the quarterbacks.

You know, how have you guys kind of worked on building that, especially on the left side with Kelvin and Eric?

My family and I have been away in Queensland for the last couple of weeks, and it's just something great about being back in your community, back in a place where you can sing songs, you can open the Word of God together, and remind one another of the goodness and glory of God in praise.

It's a wonderful thing that we can do together.

And there's something powerful about praise.

Think about the things that we will naturally praise.

For example, if you're a bit of a foodie, you might go out to a great restaurant and you just have the best meal you've ever had.

What are you going to do? Well, I hope that you would recommend it to me so I can go out and enjoy that good food as well.

The concept of risk, and I think to something you made earlier Nigel, the concept of risk is pretty low.

The advice, guidance kind of classic debate.

I mean, my sort of personal view is that companies often put employees into a position where they're in these arrangements.

and they choose to participate sometimes kind of that that choice is kind of a real choice but you know uh we often companies chasing uh participation targets and very very percentages whether people are making the correct choices to go into certain arrangements is a different debate but my view is if you're running you know say you're in the uk and you've got an essay or you can and you've got you know 50 60 70 percent of your work you certainly And, you know, I understand the sort of ensure that that level of certain nature is there.

And if you need a little bit of raggedy to ensure that that exists, I think that's your response, Rosie.

And you can do that without kind of stray.

So where are you seeing the technology deliver genuine and measurable value right now, and how do you distinguish that from the noise?

Yeah, there's certainly a lot of hype out there.

Um, I think I can certainly appreciate the, the C-suite and the pressure that they're getting from their boards, their owners to, uh, to adopt-AI.

And look, there's...

despite the hype, there is a lot of very interesting problems that are being solved out there.

So I think cutting through that noise is important.

And some of the areas that we are seeing very interesting results in is, uh, as I mentioned, was the voice AI, and we can talk about that here in a little bit.

So I'd love to know from your perspective, what makes getting AI right in this environment uniquely difficult but also imperative? And what does responsible adoption really look like?
