So I want to preface this, too.

I am running for 35th District State Representative as a Trump-Kirk, no MAGA, no Sharia law Republican.

So if you're asking me why the Bruce Rauners, why the Mitch McConnells, why the Lincoln Project pedophile Republicans aren't endorsing Donald Trump, well, he's directly opposed to their beliefs.

And what about development outside settlements? How does the new presumption work for that?

Yeah, well, this is where it gets really more interesting.

So secondly, policy S5 covers development proposed outside settlements.

And this one has the starting point coming from the opposite standpoint.

So it says only certain forms of development should be approved in such locations.

So when you first read that, you start to think, well, this is like a sort of greenbelt or countryside policy.

It's saying, you know, some points would be no, only in the certain cases.

But the document is also seeking to boost density levels in other areas, isn't it?

And so this was refused by the, um, local planning authority, was it?

That's right.

It was refused by Stratford-upon-Avon District Council, but that was overturned by the inspector at the appeal.

Now, the inspector did acknowledge in the appeal that there would be harmful impacts on character and appearance of the area.

She acknowledged that actually these would be truly very great, was the wording she used, and she noticed... she noted that these types of developments, typically enormous, these enormous logistics sheds, and that it's actually hard in practical terms for these types of buildings to comfortably nestle into the landscape.

But clinching factor was that she found the proposal would contribute to meeting the substantial and immediate need for industrial and logistics development.

And so this, I think, John, is where you start to see the weight given to that particular section, economic development, which is seen in the new NPPF as well.

And how have inspectors been approaching this issue at appeal?

Skyler Dunson, talk to me about what happened there and also talk to me about your race.

What happened was I spoiled a paper ballot that was correct here, and they gave me an incorrect ballot that removed Skylar Dunsing from Congress.

We're concerned.

We're going to be filing through the legal ramifications.

And the question is, how many other ballots like that were given out?
