Look, firstly, I just wanted to start off by saying that the big organisations that I've been involved with have done a great job.

I think the intention is always well-intentioned and there's always an evolution.

And that's what I like, that if you can listen, we're not damning anyone here.

We're just sort of saying, hey...

We were all well intentioned going out and doing these things.

How do we move forward with it? How do you improve this? What are you thinking about next steps for you with this work? What's next with this?
