The thing I love most about the work and how you approach it is I feel like a lot of people... miss out on the fact that a lot of what we're building especially black professionals are things that have to outlast us and so like how are you what maybe the question really is what responsibilities do you think come with building something institutions communities mentorship programs that, one, will outlast your tenure as the CBC president and will outlast you as a person, literally.
