Yeah, I mean, a few things.

I mean, to start, and Brian, you should supplement.

I mean, firstly, we're in a growing industry, as you say.

So investors and certainly shareholders want to understand how you're playing that.

Are you playing that in terms of investment performance first? Are you really focused on long-term investment performance? Or are you focused on just growing AUM, fee-related earnings, et cetera? There's different strategies taking place, clearly, in our industry.

For us, we've always been very focused on investment performance first, and the culture around investing really matters to us.
