It's the ability to listen at the level that you want others to listen to you.

It's anchored in humility, but that doesn't mean you're sacrificing a focus on what it needs to be accomplished in the timeframe that it needs to be accomplished.

I think a lot of leaders could recognize that ultimately, if they get buy-in, people will do more to accomplish the overall goal of the organization if there's alignment than if they don't pay attention to that because they don't think it's important.
