So how did you decide to move from what was an amazing project to then come to Costa Navarrena?

I'm lucky.

I've had a lot of amazing projects and Royal Obidos was spectacular as well in Lisbon.

Boutique Hotel by Philippe Starck, the last ever designed golf course by Severiano Ballesteros.

Being that boutique niche level, we had to go really hard and demanding on the service levels, which we did.

That won European Golf Resort of the Year in 2015, so three years after its opening.

We invited David Sheppard and SJ across to one of our openings just to familiarise everybody with the product.

And was it a big step to then go and get, you know, Jose Maria Latabelle and build two golf courses? Was it always in the master plan to have kind of four or was it the success that you had from the first two courses? And there must have been like, there's a gamble, but it's kind of playing off, but we know where we're going in the future and we'll need more golf.
