So what influences have had the greatest impact on how you lead today and how you lead FoodTrack?

You know, it's interesting.

You can't not talk about historically where it started, right? And for me, the curiosity starts with my parents.

I had an Asian father who was a judge and a mother who's Greek.

And so there was quite a influx of my mom from the nurturing and making sure people are being taken care of to my dad that focused on honor and who had focused on respect, which is kind of his big messaging when they both have passed.

But that was always important to them and their prospective roles as parents.

What would you say to managers out there that just get overwhelmed at the thought of, oh my gosh, yet another tool? Like, why doesn't what I have solve my problems?
