From a practical perspective, what kind of steps do you take with these business owners to implement this programme into their business?

I come back to the research that I did as part of my MBA.

And what came out of that was what I call the leadership checklist.

So it's this idea of having that five to ten year vision of where you're going.

having a business plan.

Now your business plan is the next 12 months.

It's giving you a view on what you think is going to happen in those 12 months so that from there you know what you need to be doing each month.

It's not as hard as you think, but it can help you grow your business.
