Explain some of the things you're doing there.
12:21
there.Yeah, it's game changing.
12:23
You know, the drug for breast cancer I helped make, it took 10 years to make and about seven years to test.
12:28
In the last five months, we've made six drugs.
12:31
You know, remarkable groups in the England and in the United States have been able to develop computer programs that can predict the shape of proteins.
12:40
And so I say, "Hey, here's a protein I wanna bind.
12:43
Find me something that binds right here.

So when you talk about that issue in China, given what's happened here, the ab- ability to manufacture here, the cuts that have been happening with the Trump administration, et cetera, talk a little bit about that because w- we've been ahead in these areas for the most part.

- or espouse, has won in everything, and it's moderation, right? Anything to an extreme doesn't make a lot of sense.

There was a remarkable experiment done by Wanda Ruth Lunsford in the 1950s, and what she did was she took an old rat and a young rat, and she tied their skin together after anesthetizing them.
7:00
And after two or three days, their blood supplies joined, and what she saw several weeks later is the old rat, the gray hair turned brown again, the n- neurons were growing in the brain, the muscles were bigger.
7:12
She claimed she reversed aging, and they actually pushed her out of science.
7:15
It was the last paper she ever published.
7:18
Well, several years ago, a group at Harvard, a group at UCSF and Stanford separately repeated Wanda's experiment, and it worked.

What can we learn from elephants, giraffes, and other animals?
