... are, are there little tips for using fire extinguishers you'd give listeners?
5:22
Uh, yes.
5:23
Yep, we wanna make sure that you use the appropriate one.
5:25
Lieutenant, um, lieutenant was apr- uh, 100% right with that.
5:28
You can make a situation worse.
5:30
If you look at the extinguisher, it will tell you which class, A, B, or C, and you'll...
5:36
They have like a universal one that you can get that can handle all those because what you could use on A will not help with B, with A is your ordinary combustibles, B, R is your liquids, and that's just gonna make it bad.

13:10
Sure.
13:54
... or underneath their, their body rolls on top of it, things of that nature.
13:57
Yeah.
13:58
And also being aware of signs.
13:59
So things, if you look at your phone or battery or anything that has a lithium-ion battery, being able to look at it and see if maybe you can see if it's coming to where if any smoke, if it's constantly hot and not cooling down, if the battery seems like it's bulging, these are all, you know, signs of something's going on here.
14:18
And just because it's not on fire doesn't mean it's not an emergency.
14:22
So I would recommend that if you see, have visible signs of a potential lithium-ion battery failure, remove it from your home.
14:29
Just have it outside, put it in the grass, put it in your backyard, and, and then if, if, if it starts to smoke and do all those things, then I would recommend calling 911, 'cause we have the proper tools to deal with a lithium-ion battery runaway.
17:10
W- when are those, please?
