I mean, our focus today is, um, Western Canada, so let's talk about, and maybe start with Alberta, Saskatchewan, and, you know, t- tell us what you think.

Listen, uh, and, and again, thanks for having me here.

I, I, I think one thing is evident is we're very fortunate to be in, uh, the prairies in Alberta and Saskatchewan.

We're starting and still seeing some, uh, you know, good immigration figures, albeit a little lower than it was in the past.

We're starting to see provincial, uh, job growth on the, on the private sector side.

We're outproducing the sort of the national average private sector jobs by 3:1 in Alberta in particular, but that on a s- on a similar basis in Saskatchewan.

I mean, that's such a big thing.
