So Clifton, Dave, I'd like to hear your perspective from the industry side, because we've talked a lot about speed to power, but why don't we start with Dave? I'd like to hear how do you see Flex Mosaic helping and DC Flex in general with this speed to power?

Well, I would just say that one of the challenges that we have today is that the transmission grid, since its inception, wasn't really designed to interconnect significant large load customers.

And so one of the things that we ran into, we initially started doing our studies in a serial major, looking to interconnect customers one at a time.

looking to interconnect those customers as rapidly as we could.

We were working on how do we do our upfront design planning and construction in a way that can accommodate the market timing that the customers are seeking.

But one of the challenges that we came upon is that once we started looking at these large customers and we started to study these customers in a cluster because we had numerous customers, each of the customers was impacting one another, and each of the customers were trying to make determinations as to how much load they wanted to interconnect and what that ramp rate looked like.

And when we were studying these customers in our clusters, we started to identify a number of necessary transmission upgrades in order to interconnect the customer.

How are you thinking about communicating Headroom to the markets?
