Where do they sit?
10:26
Oh, great one.
10:27
Yeah, if I had a dollar for every time I got asked that question.
10:31
Be a very rich man.
10:33
The thing with margarine you've mentioned, so by law, firstly, margarine must have 80% fat.
10:40
And actually most of the spreads that we see in the spread category, so things... that are oil-based spreads, and you can have olive oil-based ones, you can have sunflower oil-based ones, are more in the vicinity of 65%, 60% fat.
10:54
So they're actually lower in fat than a butter, but also a margarine.

20:44
So what are some practical tips that people can do at home to improve the food they eat?
17:32
Yeah,
17:32
I mean, for us as a company, locally I don't think you can get away with it because the ticket prices are not going to be – if all of a sudden your general public had to pay $700 to go to a 660 show, I think we would struggle to move the tickets.
17:47
But when it's – we're talking about an Adele or a Pink or whatever it is.
17:53
because there's a scarcity of the artists in market you can do it the demand is there yeah but we don't do it with local acts we occasionally do it with international acts because we told we have to yeah right it's just not a very kiwi thing to do you like we like to know what the price is and that's how it should stay yeah

26:21
don't.
26:23
I think that there's a value that you can put into what a musician does, what a band does.
26:31
And I think by lessening the ticket price, like to a point you're cheapening their brand and their art.
26:40
I think people pay what they want to pay.
41:15
All right, listen, Dave, was salt the problem?
41:18
Look, well, high intakes of salt are directly linked with high blood pressure, which is a major risk for heart disease.
41:25
And we need to remember that bread is the leading source of salt in our diet.
41:30
So what our research looked at was companies' efforts to really reformulate or reduce the salt levels in bread over the last 20 years.
41:39
And what we found is that white bread now has 25% less sodium in it than it did 20 years ago, which is a great success.
41:47
Do you eat white bread? Occasionally, I eat a range of breads from pitters to wraps to a bit of white bread to a bit of grain bread.
41:56
So I think the great thing is now we have so much variety and choice in the bread category.
42:15
Is that okay?
