Dave, the first bit of news we're looking at is Revolut experiencing another IT issue.
76:55
Yeah, this is concerning I suppose when you have an online bank having one issue after another which there have been multiple ones and they're not the only ones that are having problems.
77:06
This had to do with something to do with their Google Cloud connection But I suppose what always concerns me is that it happens at the wrong time for you as a customer.
77:16
I mean, Revolut have an enormous client base here.
77:19
I think it proves the point that I've always maintained with an online bank like this is that you should have what we call a bricks and mortar account.
77:29
You should still have a second account with another bank, one that does not have an online presence, so you can flip to it if needs be.
77:39
Also, Revolut have been trying to encourage or sell, if you like, encourage sell to their clients.
80:37
In other news, the central bank says that some legal costs exceed the amount awarded in motor claims.
79:58
Elsewhere, Dave, there's a survey that shows that many homes are underinsured.
80:03
This is quite shocking, actually, John.
80:06
This survey shows that the average house is underinsured by 83,000.
80:11
And one third of houses are only insured up to 50% of the rebuilding costs.
80:20
In other words, what they should be insured for.
80:24
And there's a payout issue with this.
80:26
And what does all this mean? When you make a claim, when you make a claim now, they are assessing the value that you put on your house, on your policy, and they're looking at the value of that and seeing, is it in compliance with the rebuilding costs that you should have? And if you're claim, if you're underinsured, they will reduce the claim.
83:09
I don't know if you're quaking your boots just yet, Dave, but research internationally shows that some people take financial advice from AI.
