the challenge is and the questions are that what do you do when you collectively put all that information together, right? And it's kind of like there's a mosaic theory of privacy and that you're walking down the street and one camera photographs, you know, something that's in a public space and in this case a license plate.

Dave MarshakGUEST
But when you put thousands of – and if you see that one picture, you may not recognize it.

Dave MarshakGUEST
But when you put thousands of those together, you can really get a clear picture.

Dave MarshakGUEST
And in this case, when you put hundreds of thousands or thousands of images together of where a particular vehicle is across 20 states, you get a very clear picture of where that vehicle has been.

Dave MarshakGUEST
And that's the bigger question in terms of when does this become a search and how much information should law enforcement have without a warrant? There's a number of different cases out there.

Dave MarshakGUEST
So I think because of these discussions, and I think these discussions are appropriate, I think there's going to be a lot of changes.
