Hi, this is Gav Hollohan and you're listening to VIEW from the Findus podcast.

Hello and welcome to the VIEW from the Findus match reaction for this Shrewsbury game.
0:24
I'll kick us off.
0:25
I'm Dave Leicester, one of the VIEW from the Findus panellists.
0:29
There just felt like a real lack of intensity on and off the pitch after creating those two early chances.
0:35
I don't know whether expectation was there, but that shouldn't be.
0:39
The pristine pitch, the sun's shining out, the crowd didn't get going and the players really struggled as well.
52:32
Teams we really can't afford to be dropping points and leads against.
52:37
No, we need to be able to put these teams away, don't we? Which has been a bugbear previous seasons.
52:43
We seem to play very well against teams that come on to us, those that maybe come in and have a more defensive mindset we struggle with.
52:51
I've been impressed with how... attacking the aggressive we are this season I mean Harvey Rogers certainly first halves under me playing in front of the defenders there he's almost alongside Kieran Green a lot of the time really getting forward which concerns me slightly on the transition but it's funny saying it after four successive draws but Dave does like to go for a win and we want to you can't question the motivation to do that and the tactics he deploys to try and get it so it has been like we touched on already the little mistakes that we need to knock out the game to get those three points because top end of the pitch we're in good order we just need to tighten up so yeah we have to look at the fixtures coming up Bristol Rovers you know turned their season around amazingly last year.
53:45
Steve Evans has clearly got the mid-ass touch and he's always a popular character, isn't he, in the main stand when he rolls into tag.
53:52
He doesn't roll anymore, does he? He's felt Steve Evans.
53:57
We Yeah, we've got a battle on our handles, I'd say, lunchtime.
58:44
But I guess recently there's been some complaints and that's something that needs definitely to be addressed in terms of keeping those attendances high at home and keeping that energy in the ground as well.
2:39
So how impressed are you that the club have seemingly listened to the fans and been so proactive? It's great.
2:45
You can't deny that the club, the way they do now listen to the fans and that engagement and the responsiveness is first class.
2:54
They've clearly gone away.
2:55
They've put some thought into it.
2:57
They've not just chucked it out straight away.
3:00
There's been some clear thought into how it's going to work.
3:03
I like the idea that it's on redemption of your ticket, not the purchase as well.
