Talk about that journey just real quick, if you don't mind.

That journey, I don't know if I can do it real quick.

It's 30 plus years in the making.

But as I referenced earlier, I think probably in my career, two big factors, kind of macro factors in growing in my career.

And I mentioned the first one was mentoring.

I just was so fortunate starting with my very first boss and continuing on to have some great mentors that kind of helped me learn a couple steps ahead of where I was in my day job.

And so that's always been a big, big factor for me.

you have an org chart every company your size has to have an organizational chart but how do you um maybe bypass is not the right verb but how do you get around that so there is connection in the midst of a lot of boxes on that org chart either one of you could could jump in on that

I'm all in, and I would do everything I can to try and help your company grow.
