I just feel like from their standpoint, the way the roster looks now, the way the Western Conference around them has become a little more friendly, I just think they have a tough time taking that strategic step back.

In hindsight, was maybe the 2025 offseason to think more strategically? Because I do feel like at least part of what's going on now, they probably explored the market and the deals just weren't there from a value perspective that really made sense for them to make that type of move.
