We're milking cows here.

We're supplying dairy gold with milk, maybe just outside Grange in South Tree Prairie, halfway between Cair and Clonmel.

Typically we're a commercial herd, somewhere just over a little over 6,000 litre cows, 530-540 kilos of mill solids per cow per year.

A very simple system, a grass-based system where possible and grass is the driving force behind the business.
