And is it somehow you see sometimes, Dave, that, uh, that he basically, he's such a showman, he, he just loves to perform? Is it something just, like, you just, you could just tell, you know?

He does, yeah.

He, he, like, you know, he really loves, he loves the audience, and, uh, you can really see it and feel it in his performance, that he just wants to give them everything.

And, uh, and you know, and he's, like, a, a tremendous, like, host to the audience when they come in.

It's really, it's like, you know, he's welcoming these people into his house, and he's gonna, you know, make sure they have a good time, you know? And that's, that's part of the real fun, I mean, the real fun of doing a multi-cam sitcom is that, you know, every week you get this room full of people that you get to entertain, and, uh, it's, you know, everything stops being theoretical.

You know pretty quickly if you're not, if you're not getting a laugh, you're not getting a laugh, you know? And you have to fix it.

And have you well, what do they tell you going in about the character? Not

much.

I like I knew that I knew that it was an alien.

And I knew just very little until you get there because they're very secretive about their scripts.

So I knew a little bit about the character, but I didn't know the full plot of the episode or anything like that.

And I knew a little bit about the setting that it was going to be in a resort that has a psychedelic atmosphere, which I thought was a pretty fun idea for, you know, because as much as I'm a fan of Star Trek, I'm also a fan of psychedelics.

So it was really just played in well to my tastes.

And did you know, like in terms of your alien look, did you have any say in that or did they just say, here you go?

Of course.

The idea was that we could eliminate all the artificial barriers and boundaries between people, that we could stop, we could stop thinking that your, your sexuality defined you as a person.
