Those were exciting days.

But, yeah, so l- taking a step back from that.

So how we think about venture, and this is not new, I didn't come up with this.

You can buy books on it on Amazon, right? But how we think about venture here at AlphaCore is really the institutional or endowment model, right? So what we want to do in a very almost black box type of asset class like venture capital is make sure that we are capturing as much alpha as we can for our clients' balance sheets while mitigating the risk on the other side as much as possible.

So we're using that endowment model basically to put a strategy together for our clients that involves basically vintage distributions, so you're not just investing one vintage.

I mean, if you invested all of your money in venture in one bucket in 2021, probably not gonna be so happy, right? If you did it in 2023, 2024, you might be.
