So you think the industry does enough, maybe events like this help to broaden the

scope, to widen the net.

It's interesting how you go to events like this, perhaps not so much today, but the more and more some of the events I've been to, some of the larger events as well, how you do get a lot of students there.

And not necessarily sort of people on graduate programs or whatever, you're getting sort of people who are interested in careers you know and you sort of stood on the stand and previously you might haven't got time for you but actually no they're asking really pertinent questions and it's quite interesting but again something you and i were talking along earlier was that perhaps there's not that march towards just the sort of the route one degree so people actually are getting far as a levels and then looking back and going actually i don't mind going slightly sideways or perhaps a little bit back to get onto some kind of apprenticeship program.

Not necessarily degree apprenticeship, something that feeds in.

They are looking for, they're quite a discerning generation, Gen Z. I know we can sort of look at them and say lots of different things and maybe Gen Alpha before them.

But they're very, they've gone away, they've done the research, they've looked into the different areas of the career.

Is there enough of that going on?
