How are you balancing as an entrepreneur the sort of desire to go and do some really high intensity work and building something and actually at the same time having that broader impact experience? element of what you do or do you try and actually do them together and

i think doing them together is so important because you know often people will say that you can't have one without the or you can't have one without but you can only have one and not the other and i don't think that's true i think the one creates the other and i think as long as you build what you're building with a purpose and it's definitely possible in in so many different industries you know i think I've yet to find an industry that I've, you know, I've worked with companies across lots of different industries who are building for impact as well.

And they say, oh, you know, if we're building for impact, then we can't raise a funding round.

And I'm like, but why? There's definitely a way that you can build, you can structure your company in a way that helps everybody, not just a specific group, not just in an extractive way, but in a, again, to use the same word again, in a collaborative way.

And I think that that's something that's at the core of everything I'm working on at the moment.

And that's when we sort of leave the impacts and the purpose bit behind.
