Tell me about other roles in your past experiences that you've had that really shaped you as a leader.

Hmm.

Good question.

Look, I've had probably a couple of experiences in my career where I really felt that momentum.

And when I say that, I mean in a very large organization.

One example was at Telstra, uh, in the telecommunications area, and there was a period of time under David Thodey, who was a very, very incredible CEO, where-The momentum that was created and, and the alignment that was created amongst a very large organization, at the time was about 55,000 people, it felt like a tsunami.

It felt like we were all on this huge wave, you know? And it was a unique feeling in large organizations that I've worked in where, in fact, it almost feels the opposite, like everybody's pulling in different directions, and it's hard to feel where the direction actually is going.

And obviously, tell me, can you think of an example?
