John WatkinsHOST
What are the particular skills needed for you to do that role and what do you enjoy the most about it?

Darshika AgarwalGUEST
So all of my career, I have eight years of experience now, and most of my career has been in the corporate specialty insurance space.

Darshika AgarwalGUEST
So when I say that my clients are corporate companies, right, it could be a bank, it could be a confectionery company, it could be a power generating company, it could be anything.

Darshika AgarwalGUEST
In terms of skill set, I would say the number one skill set, apart from, of course, being good at mathematics and being good with your numbers, which is a given, I would say is communication, because most of our clients are not very technical or insurance people from an insurance background.

Darshika AgarwalGUEST
So most of my job is kind of communicating that into like non-technical language.
