into the acquisition of those properties with the plan that we'll get into, but the Unity Tower and City of Lights plan, you went into that acquisition of those properties with that being the intended use of that property.

That was the intended use, but it wasn't exactly the Unity Tower project.

That came a little later.

There was another project, another skyscraper project.

I could have brought that, that I developed.

And I just didn't feel right about that project.

It was different.

Now going into that acquisition and ultimately having this vision of building a tower there, Did you see the issues with it being a historic district and having – did you ultimately see the potential of this fight coming down the path with having to get rid of the existing structures?
