he's writing here to keep Christians safe.
9:34
So let's look at two ways that he does that with his warning and with his encouragement.
9:41
Here's the first.
9:42
Paul's warning, don't get captured, he says, by scam spiritual supplements.
9:49
Many of us, I imagine, will regularly take some kind of supplements, maybe some extra vitamin or mineral, maybe it's iron or folic acid or vitamin B12.
10:00
I'm not really sure what any of those are, but to help keep us physically healthy, to make up for something our body just isn't getting enough of, that we take to stop us feeling grotty or getting ill.
10:17
And those things, they're really usually good things.

Father, may the words of my mouth, and the thoughts, and the meditations of all our hearts be pleasing to you, Lord, our rock and our redeemer.

Amen.

One thing I love about our church family is, is its diversity.
0:25
That, that we're people from, from all kinds of different cultures and, and parts of the world.
0:32
But if you're someone here this morning who ha- who has joined Christ Church from, from another, from another country, then well, I would imagine that, that stepping into our church culture won't have always been easy for you.
0:46
Maybe isn't still.
