But just before we break, and I hope this isn't an unfair question, but for any hopefuls listening, Darren, what's the most... pertinent piece of advice that comes to mind for you about adapting to the art of punting as opposed to playing footy here for example is there one or two things that are just non-negotiable there's probably thousands but one or two things that are non-negotiables that you would you would be willing to volunteer here

Yeah, so one of the things, it's hard because the boys sit on the fence, right? They still have really good Aussie rules skills.

So you sort of want your AFL career to play out, get through your under 18s.

And with the new college rules, you know, there's obviously a timeline involved where you can't wait till you're 23 or 24 now.

The new college rules are you have five years from the time you graduate high school to be, you know, finish your eligibility in college.

And so it's hard because we don't want to push the boys where they think they have an AFL future and a possibility of making an AFL roster.

But also if they want to try this punting that they have to then sort of take away their ambitions from playing AFL footy and put the share in a way and start to practice with the American ball with Saab.

Now, I'm not sure if they're aware of this or not, but you'd never actually caught a snap before, had you, Darren?

What are the things teams are going to do on these flights? I mean, I know the trainers are going to be going crazy, hydration and anything, but is there anything different you can do than a normal flight?

So, I mean, so that, you know, I am sort of on the Rams a little bit because you try to keep your body on the same schedule as it's already been on.

The biggest change is to try and flip, you know, where right now, I think it's like, you know, four o'clock in the morning in Australia.

And I think that's what the Rams are going to do is they're going to get up at like 3am.

They're going to have breakfast at like four o'clock.

They're going to go and they're going to play like it's the five 30 game that, that shows you on the West coast.

So yeah, I can understand why they're doing it.
