Every year, at least the last couple of years since I started watching, they published the Quantum Threat Timeline Report.

Now, this is a collection of about 30 experts regarding quantum computers.

And they asked them to estimate in five-year intervals, five years from now, 10 years from now, how likely is it that there's going to be a cryptographically relevant quantum computer online? 15 years, all the way 30 years out.

As those percentages go up, you have to take that into consideration.
