He was phenomenal division three player.

And then in fact, eventually became the head coach at Eureka.

But they were both leaving and we were working our tail off and just couldn't get the success factor.

Once you got into the high school level, how'd you go about establishing yourself at that level? What was the first priority you had for that new high school program that you went into?
