many products do you have now on the fundraising side
17:47
um so in addition to these three um we'll also we also carry a product called croissant crowns they're a little bit more of an individual pastry that's more of a pull it out and bake it in a hurry so it's a little more convenient And then we also have a pizza that we, it's a Neapolitan style pizza, Bella Napoli is the brand name that we use for that.
18:10
And that's a unique pizza that's a good high-end pizza too.
18:15
So again, that's more of a utility fundraiser where it's a meal replacement for a busy household and stuff like that.
18:21
It's not the center of the plate Christmas or Thanksgiving celebration item, but it's something that people use and can use.
18:30
So On the fundraising front, our company really is committed to, I think, on the table here, you can see helping others help each other.
18:39
It's kind of our mission statement.
19:46
So most companies in the food production industry had a full year to react to the changes and the mandates.
5:09
Walk me through that line.
5:13
So the line you're talking about there is this old cake line that's in front of us.
5:18
Um, [sighs] like any product, when you have a, when you find yourself with something that's resonating with, with, um, the consumers out there, and more and more people want it, there's usually a scaling problem.
5:32
And how do you preserve what you have but yet still be able to deliver in mass quantities? And that particular product is a, is a difficult one to make.
5:44
Um, there's quite a few midsize bakeries across the United States that'll, that'll make those products by hand, and so the process that we found, it was, um, a Mennonite-started company, um, that, um, that was hand-making these, and they had a great following, had a great recipe and, and base to work from.
6:05
So we acquired that company in 2016- And, um, started working on, on automating it and, and bringing it to the, to the masses.
6:15
Um, they used about 135 people to produce what we currently can do today in 70 days-

20 MINS LATER

26:50
[laughs] How did you solve that problem?
