Good question.

When I was starting all of this, So a bit of backstory here, but it will make sense, I promise.

We first started Uptown in 2022, and Uptown was the place recommender.

We developed the technology, we figured out a way to tell which place is good and which is not based on all the publicly available data, and then to map it to every individual on the app based on their behavior, their preferences, and their tastes.

And we launched that in Eastern Europe and used social media for organic marketing.

And it skyrocketed.
