So we want to continue that balance going forward, but what are some of the things right out of the gates that you think this operating committee will be tackling?

Yeah, I think I want to just piggyback what you've shared that we definitely get all these survey survey results too.

I think it's important to share that for any coaches listening.

we get those Google forms and we read all the notes and get all the data.

So I think it's really helpful to OpCom.

I mean, your staff does a great job of compiling all those surveys.

So I think for the sake of survey responses, we get a pretty good number back, but obviously the more, the more we get back, the better decisions we can make.

How have you come to that place, do you think? Is it just, again, your general disposition, or how have you thought about that over the last several years?
