And Danny, what are you training for at the moment? Obviously you said that you're getting into trail running.
5:49
Yes, I am training for the Bob Graham round.
5:51
We spoke about it last time on the podcast.
5:53
I remember I got clipped and I absolutely butchered it.
5:55
People were like, it's not 12,000 meters, it's 8,000 meters.
6:00
It's not 44 fells, it's 42 fells.
6:02
But no, yeah, it's 8,200 meters of elevation over 42 fells in the Lake District, starting and finishing in Keswick.

Who won?
52:59
the reality like people think oh if i quit my job i could be a professional athlete like i have all the time in the world to train then right now i only have an hour to train and i've got to this point um how have you
53:10
found it so that was you know that was exactly my train of thought i was like if i can do this and you know i'm having to squeeze sessions at this time at night and this time in the morning and i'm sleeping in the field and i'm not eating the right food like this will be easy when i get out but i don't think that is the reality um I found it really hard to work out how to manage my time.
53:30
It's got to the point now where I block out times in my calendar.
53:33
I'm like, that is when I'm training.
53:35
But when I go to train, I'm still thinking about something else that I've got to do.
53:38
Some of a commitment, whether it's like a social media thing or a business thing or an email that I've received in the morning that I need to respond to like little things like that.
53:46
Um, so I feel like I haven't mentally switched off to go and I'm absolutely all in and it hasn't really materialized like that.
