And so I'm hoping you can talk to our listeners a little bit about what is the ACH compliance manual.

I am so excited to, and I'm so glad that this is going to be coming out soon.

The ACH compliance manual is an excellent resource for all payments professionals.

So I think of it as a companion to the NACHA operating rules and guidelines.

The NACHA operating rules serve as the contract between the financial institutions and the ACH operator, and the guidelines serve as implementation guidance.

That publication is set up by participants in the network.

So it starts with the ODFI, it has originators and third-party senders there, and then it goes to the ACH operators and the RDFIs and so on.

Who's involved? What is the process? And how does that all come together to ultimately put out the new edition?
