She hopes to become work optional a few decades earlier, splitting her time between Toronto and warmer places abroad.

My name is Danika.

I'm 35 years old, and I currently live in Brampton, Ontario.

My ideal retirement looks like slow mornings with absolutely no alarm.

I will enjoy lavish, colorful, homemade meals, and I will always have time to try new recipes.

I will practice daily movement, whether that's long walks or Pilates, and I will never feel rushed or pressured to check my email or my Slack.

My second and third homes are Málaga, Spain, and Chiang Mai, Thailand, and I won't own homes in either of those places.
