So before we dive into the topic itself about the North Star, about passion, purpose, integrity, can you give our listeners a little bit of an introduction properly to you and your story?

Yeah, I mean, I could take the entire 30 minutes just doing that, but I'll keep it short.

Otherwise, everyone will turn off and we don't want that.

So...

I worked in corporate for a long time, straight out of uni.

I had a job and I worked my way up the corporate ladder and I did all the things he was supposed to do.

You know, I had the career, I had the path, I had my home and my husband and my 2.4 children.

You talk about this, right? What does having a North Star actually mean? Why is it important to people with business? What does it mean?

Yeah.

It was bad.

And I had before I had quit my job, I went back and got an MBA while working 60 hours a week.

So I got an MBA and marketing.

And so I always knew I liked business.

I like marketing.

I loved people.

And because you mentioned it before, what was your anchor going through all that?
