There's just a gut feeling as to, "Eh, something's not quite right here," right? The sixth sense is coming in.

Mm-hmm.

And as you build trust, then people start pouring into you, right? They're not going to you just to say, "Hey, schedule this meeting, junior PM" "Hey, give me this meeting," uh, so, "Give me this recap, junior PM." Now it's, "Okay, based off this meeting, what do you think that we should do next?" Sometimes you just get in there and name the decision.

"Okay, guys, here's what decision we need to make.

We need to understand what the objective for the next round is so everybody is on the same page.

We need to focus on a manifesto.

We need to focus on the script.

It's moving people and making the impossible possible.
