Mm-hmm.

It was asking them to pause and to meet with their colleagues and to have us discuss the work together.

And what we found was that the parts that they found painful, their colleague had a different workaround that offered a better solution.

And so it really started with just bringing them together and asking them to talk.

S- This one particular inter- in- individual, she was very particular about her calendar.

And so, you know, we had to really justify taking 30 minutes to 45 minutes out of her day, but we did it, and now, you know, it's been a really great, a great story for her and her colleagues that do the same type of role, because they've, they've started u- their own mechanisms.

And so now they use Slack, and they can message back and forth.

Yeah, that's a real time.
