It sort of

opened this window to this new genre of adult children's book.

And so I love that because I love to rhyme.

Um, and then I, so I just sort of had this, the wheel started turning and I had this idea of like, wouldn't it be great, you know, especially somebody in the wine and spirits industry.

I love making wine knowledge accessible and easy, you know, learning about why it shouldn't be jarring.

It shouldn't be, you know, daunting.

I want it to be fun and easy.

And I think everybody needs to hear it.

goSo I wanted to ask you about your relationships with the children that are in your life, and how that kind of led you into this venture that you had with your book.

Yeah, so I, so w- my ex-fiancé, he has kids from a first marriage, so I got to be a bonus mom for many, many years.

I've always had that maternal instinct.

As I said, I've been very close with my niece and nephew, and I'm Auntie Danielle to many, many friends' kids, and I just have that nurturing, um, gene.

You know, I just, um, I, I, I love kids.

I'm also an eternal optimist, and I just wanna make the world a better place.
