Is that because of personalities? What do you mean by finding things that work for all four?

I think personality is definitely a key part, but also just, you know, you have some people who run, they can run a great center and they deal with the children really well, but they're very scared of computers.

Or you know what I mean? Or you may have somebody who's really good at computers, but they're not so great at the paperwork part of it.

And so it's just finding all the little ways to make your team align.

We have been very fortunate.

We have people that have been with us for a really long time.

But again, that also comes with some challenges because you got to get them all on the same page when you make any kind of change.
