Look, I should start off by saying thank you to people in culture and ECU for at least looking at this.

Look, professional staff, I think for a very, very long time, for most of the time that I've worked at ECU, haven't had that kind of attention paid.

There hasn't been an update.

And certainly the workshops that were sort of established around about this time last year, October and November last year, I felt optimistic that we were even being asked the question and invited to contribute.

I'm just a little disappointed that I think that that initial optimism and hope hasn't really flowed through.

So I have to say I'm a little disappointed with the final product that's going to be going out.

Staff may continue to deepen expertise, broaden capability and demonstrate excellence while remaining within their current classification.
