For sure, and, you know, that's really critical and, and key to kind of my experience.

So, um, when I took the job at Celtic Manor, um, there's a lady, and she's still there, Jill Manly.

She is like an icon of the industry.

Um, and I remember going into that office thinking, "Oh my gosh, she is so scary." And she is, and even to this day, she still is, but she is also the most wonderful person, has the greatest of experience.

Um, still at the, you know, in her early 60s now is like a million steps ahead of anybody else, and it's so annoying.

Um, and we're even still friends now I'm not there anymore.
