Most of us, even speakers, so many speakers treat their body like their head transportation system.

And so many speakers think this is where your voice comes from, which is, you know, this is a big part of the sound system, but it's actually a very delicate part.

And when we speak from our throat, this can be a real problem because, you know, we're suddenly very unlistenable.

We're not as likable when we're speaking from the throat.
