lightheartedly but it's something I think about that I've been able to succeed as a woman but I'm just curious have you had challenges barriers that you think exist here but wouldn't elsewhere

you know I was fortunate that at the time the board I have a different board now but the board that hired me really embraced The fact that I was a female coming in and I had a law degree, which helped.

But they embraced me.

And at times, I think sometimes people don't know how to handle you or they have certain perceptions of you.

But I often find humor helps a lot.

If you can just show people that...

You're just like them.

So we got to make sure we keep that a priority for the state.
