And so given that you're doing a PhD on migrant and female entrepreneurship, I wanted to ask you specifically, are there stages in a woman's life then where entrepreneurship seems a more valuable option, for example, if they have a family and they feel that it's too pressurized in whatever work they were doing as an employee? And then also, is there a certain age where they feel they have been pushed out of the market and can't go into the market as an employee?
