Just give us your sort of view of, like, what, what you saw that other people are not seeing, you know, in, in-- as these House races develop and as we gear up for the general election.

Daniela AltimariGUEST
Yeah, I mean, it's hard to talk about Texas without talking about redistricting.

Daniela AltimariGUEST
I mean, uh, the 15th district, which stretches from a piece of San Antonio all the way down, or the outskirts of San Antonio all the way down to the, to the border, should not be competitive at all.

Daniela AltimariGUEST
So the fact that we're talking about that district in particular tells us a lot about sort of the state of play nationally and where things are at.

Jason DickHOST
Uh, and it's, it's just, I think it tells a broader story about the election itself.

People like Jared Moskowitz, who's in like a it's like a trump plus nine or trump plus 10 district he's i mean he's in a i think it's a toss-up race but he you know i mean like it hasn't worked in the way that a lot of the um a lot of the people pushing these maps had envisioned there are some there are some republican there will be some republican gains in alabama likely in louisiana but it's not a given that after the court cases have like played out and, and even the dynamics that redistricting is this is, is going to give Republicans this huge advantage.
